Add it to Gmail

  1. Open Gmail on a computer, click the gear icon, then See all settings.
  2. On the General tab, scroll to Signature and click Create new. Give it a name.
  3. Click inside the signature box and paste with Ctrl+V (⌘+V on Mac).
  4. Under Signature defaults, pick it for new emails and for replies.
  5. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.

The phone app's signature setting takes plain text only. Copy this version and paste it there.
